The Sureglide Advancing Stylet - A device that was built around the idea of the "Reverse Loaded Endotracheal Tube."  When the reverse load is combined with tube advancement capabilities, and a system to prevent longitudinal rotation of a loaded tube, it allows for the tube to advance posteriorly with the second curve of the airway - arguably the most efficient method of intubation to date.
